Child Restraint Testing
- Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) 213 – Child Restraint Systems Compliance Testing.
- Child restraint side impact testing.
- Inspection and analysis of physical features including labeling and impact protection
- Evaluation of restraint system performance through data analysis. Support child restraint manufacturers in developing test plans and design improvements.
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
- Dynamic, Static, and Component level testing.
- Part 23, 25, 26, 29 Requirements – Passenger seats, flight crew seats, flight attendant seats, side facing divans, bulkheads, and lavatories
- Established relationships with multiple DER’s.
- Analysis of test setup, ATD injury data, structural loadings, head path, and static deformations, as well as, test plan development, test methodologies, and failure analysis.
Off-Road Vehicle Safety Systems
- Head & Neck Restraint Testing.
- SFI approved 38.1 Frontal and 30o right-frontal simulated impacts using NASCAR dynamic sled pulse (68g/43.5mph).
- Competition Seat Development.
- FiA 8855-1999 dynamic sled testing for competition race seats.
- Off-road Vehicle Harness Testing.
- Dynamic and Static test programs for 3 – 7 point harnesses.
- Rollover protection systems.
- Static and dynamic testing for roll cages, window netting, and protective padding.
Test plan and methodology development for off-road vehicle industry. Provide customers with analysis of ATD injury data, structural loading data, and deformation and failure analysis.
