Initially aimed at supporting our crash testing operations, MGA has put significant effort into establishing in-house calibrations and qualifications at our Wisconsin facility. Our calibration center, which handles accelerometers, load cells, linear displacements, and tape measures, has been crucial in ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations. As we've gradually extended our support to our network of laboratories, our team has proven capable of providing corporate-level assistance. 

This strategy has enabled us to respond to our customers' testing needs with the utmost urgency and with minimal disruption. To further support our internal requirements and enhance stability across our entire network of laboratories, MGA Wisconsin has received accreditation as an external calibration service provider (A2LA Cert No. 1196.05).

ATD Qualifications

MGA’s Calibration Center, which includes our state-of-the-art ATD (Anthropomorphic Test Device) Qualification Laboratory, has been a cornerstone in supporting crash testing services at our facilities in Wisconsin and Alabama. For years, we’ve provided high-quality ATDs for our internal testing, and now, we’re proud to extend this service to external customers as well. Our team is dedicated to ensuring fast turnaround times for both qualifications and calibrations, so our clients can keep their projects on track. Additionally, with the specialized capabilities of our Metrology Laboratory, we can calibrate most of the instrumentation inside the ATDs. This integrated approach allows us to offer precise and reliable results, ensuring optimal performance of test dummies in crash testing.
